Evaluation model of coal mine emergency rescue resource allocation based on weight optimization TOPSIS method

Abstract In order to solve the problems of unreasonable allocation and low efficiency emergency rescue resources in coal mine accidents, it is necessary establish a resource model by using comprehensive weight-approximation ideal solution (TOPSIS method).This paper takes rock burst as an example extending this designed plan. Firstly, calculated weight evaluation index affecting selected AHP method entropy respectively. Then optimization inspired method. Finally, optimal scheme TOPSIS method, verified approaching solution. The results shows that: (1) There are two influencing factors have great effect on model, which time advance channel; (2) program 5 through solution, consistent with actual situation project, indicating that has high reliability.
